Benetti Continues Oasis 40M Momentum with the Delivery of ‘Solusa’

Italian luxury yacht builder Benetti has officially handed over its latest superyacht, Solusa, to her new owners following the successful completion of the build at the shipyard’s facility in Livorno.

Measuring just over 41 meters, Solusa marks a significant milestone for the shipyard as the 27th vessel to be completed on Benetti’s highly sought-after Oasis 40M platform. The series has carved out a strong reputation in the sub-45-meter market, largely celebrated for its innovative open-stern concept and dedication to seamless outdoor living.

The aesthetic of Solusa is a collaborative effort between several top-tier industry names. Her sleek and modern exterior styling was penned by the UK-based design studio RWD, while the elegant interior spaces were shaped by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture. Benetti’s in-house team handled the naval architecture, and Bush & Noble served as the owner's representative throughout the construction process.

Engineered with a displacement hull and superstructure made of GRP, the yacht features a wide 8.5-meter beam and a 2.14-meter draft. Despite its sleek lines, it packs a substantial volume of 385 GT across its three decks.

True to the Oasis DNA, the yacht’s layout centres around an immersive connection with the ocean. The main salon utilises extensive floor-to-ceiling glass to flood the interior with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the water. This area flows smoothly into a formal dining space. Further aft, guests can enjoy the signature Oasis beach club, which opens up right at the water's edge to provide an ideal platform for sunbathing and swimming.

Onboard accommodation is designed for up to 10 guests across 5 well-appointed staterooms. This includes a massive, full-beam master suite positioned forward on the main deck, complete with a private lounge and twin bathrooms.

Powered by a pair of MAN V12-1400 diesel engines generating a combined 2,800 horsepower, Solusa achieves a top speed of 16 knots and comfortably cruises at 12 knots.

The delivery of Solusa comes during a highly productive period for Benetti. The prestigious Italian shipyard currently boasts an incredibly busy order book, with dozens of active projects scheduled for delivery as the brand continues to dominate the global superyacht market.
