Founded in 1987 by Tony Zammit, CSB Group began as a debt collection agency, also offering credit status reporting and personnel recruitment services. Over the years, driven by a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client-centric service, we have evolved into Malta’s leading corporate services provider, catering to international businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Today, CSB Group is home to a team of nearly 120 professionals, renowned for delivering a 360-degree service, assisting clients with company formation, regulatory and tax advisory, financial licensing, residency and relocation, private client services, real estate and more. Our mission is to provide seamless, end-to-end solutions that simplify the process of setting up, managing, and expanding businesses in Malta.

As a family-owned and independent group, CSB has continuously expanded its expertise and reach. In 2009, we attracted Regus, part of IWG Group plc, to Malta, supporting their growth to three business centres, spanning over 3,600 square meters of serviced offices, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces. Further, in 2012, we introduced Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, a prestigious real estate brand that has since redefined the luxury property market in Malta and Gozo.
