You can often begin your yacht charter in one country and disembark in another, depending on the yacht's licenses and local regulations. We recommend confirming this in advance, as each journey is unique, and delivery or redelivery fees may apply. 

For your yacht charter, all guests must have their passports on board at all times, as luxury yachts are commercially registered vessels. To ensure smooth embarkation, please ensure that you and your guests have your passports, as failure to do so may prevent boarding.

VAT is typically not included in the yacht charter price and varies by destination. Our charter broker will provide the applicable VAT rate when presenting your bespoke yacht options.

Yes, you may disembark to explore charming towns or dine at exquisite restaurants. Simply inform our team in advance of your desired stops or share your plans with the captain, who will ensure a seamless transfer, whether by yacht berth, tender, or exclusive restaurant service.

Most yachts are very welcoming to children and some are equipped with children in mind. However, a few yachts may stipulate a minimum age for children and/or have a requirement for a nanny to be onboard during the charter. Please inform your charter broker at the outset of planning your charter if there are children as part of the booking.

The Yacht Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a seamless way to cover all the necessities for your charter, from fuel and provisions to mooring fees and more. Typically 25-30% of the charter fee , the APA is managed by the Captain, with all receipts available for your review, and any unused funds refunded at the end of your voyage.

The MYBA contract is a prestigious and widely recognised yacht charter agreement, primarily used in the Mediterranean, designed to safeguard the interests of all parties involved. It sets out detailed terms regarding charter fees, cancellation policies, delivery and redelivery conditions, and the responsibilities of both the owner and charterer. The contract is governed by UK law and supported by standard clauses that streamline dispute resolution and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Upon your decision to book, we will reserve the yacht for you on a provisional basis; however, the booking is only confirmed once the contracts are signed and the initial deposit is received. Prior to payment, you will receive a comprehensive invoice detailing the amounts due, in the currency of your charter, with bank transfer as the preferred method of payment. We advise booking at your earliest convenience.

Fuel costs are influenced by several factors, including the size and efficiency of the engine, the distance covered, and prevailing weather conditions.
