Since 2022, she has been actively involved in the marine industry, advising clients on vessel registration, sale and purchase transactions, the structuring of shipping and yachting entities, VAT implications, amongst others. Her legal knowledge ensures seamless navigation of regulatory frameworks, helping clients optimise their operations within the maritime sector.
Committed to delivering tailored legal and corporate solutions, Luana provides strategic guidance while staying ahead of industry developments. Her love for the yachting world extends beyond the legal realm, as she regularly attends some of the industry's most prestigious yacht shows. Each year, she travels to key events such as BOOT Düsseldorf in January, the Dubai International Boat Show in February, the Palma International Boat Show in April/May, and the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show in September, among others. Outside of her professional life, Luana is passionate about staying active and enjoys the intensity and discipline of CrossFit. She is also an avid reader, always looking for her next great book, and finds joy in experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
